On completion of their service all leavers who have been engaged on operations during their tenure in the Royal Marines will receive a TRiM leaving interview. This will be conducted by their Unit TRiM Manager who will have received additional specific training to carry out this task.
The interview consists of three main elements:
- A discussion to ensure that they are not leaving the
- Advice on what mental health assistance is available
- The expectation that they will engage with their T4V
Corps with unresolved issues as a result of operational exposure. Practitioner and be re-interviewed a year after they have left the service.
